How we help
A professional team that accelerates your business
Think of us as your outside bench: senior professionals across nine functions who are used to working together. You bring the challenge, and we seat the team.
Ways to work with us
Three ways to put the bench to work
Team session
Bring one problem. Every seat it touches looks at it together, and you leave with a coordinated plan and a clear owner for each next step.
Project team
For a defined initiative such as an acquisition, an expansion, a financing, or a systems overhaul, we seat the specialists it needs and keep them working as one team from kickoff to close.
Fractional coverage
Need a function handled on an ongoing basis? Fill the seat through a member firm, whether that is finance, accounting and HR, or IT, while the rest of the bench stays close at hand.
The network assembles and coordinates the team. Each engagement is contracted directly with the member firm that fills the seat, on that firm's terms.
The process
From first call to a working team
-
Intake
Tell us what is going on: what you are trying to grow, fix, buy, sell, or protect. We listen for the business question underneath the immediate one.
-
Seat the team
We decide which seats the problem touches and bring those professionals in. A financing might need banking, finance, tax, and legal at once.
-
Work as one
The seats look at your business together, so trade-offs surface early while they are still cheap to change. You get one coordinated plan.
-
Own the follow-through
Each seat owns its part of the plan, and the team stays connected as the work moves forward. If a new issue comes up, the next seat is already close at hand.
The seats
Nine seats, filled by practicing professionals
Every seat is held by someone who does this work every day at their own firm. See the people page for full bios.
