The Wisconsin business network that puts a full bench behind you
Brew City Business Network accelerates your business by bringing trained professionals together as one team. Finance, law, banking, tax, M&A, engineering, IT, and AI each have a seat. We fill the seats your business needs and make them work together.
How we help
A crack team, without building a department
Large companies keep finance, legal, technology, and operations specialists down the hall. Most owner-led businesses don't. Our bench gives you that depth on demand, already used to working side by side.
Team session
Bring one problem. Every seat it touches looks at it together, and you leave with a coordinated plan and a clear owner for each next step.
Project team
For a defined initiative such as an acquisition, an expansion, a financing, or a systems overhaul, we seat the specialists it needs and keep them working as one team from kickoff to close.
Fractional coverage
Need a function handled on an ongoing basis? Fill the seat through a member firm, whether that is finance, accounting and HR, or IT, while the rest of the bench stays close at hand.
The seats
Every seat is filled by a practicing professional
Each seat belongs to someone who does this work every day at their own firm. When a problem crosses lines, the seats meet in the same conversation.

Questions
Common questions
What is Brew City Business Network?
Brew City Business Network is a Milwaukee-based bench of senior professionals who work as one team for Wisconsin businesses. Finance, accounting and HR, tax, law, banking, M&A, engineering, IT, and AI each have a seat, and we bring the right seats to your business.
What does "a seat" mean?
Each seat is a business function covered by a practicing professional from a member firm. You can bring several seats together for a single problem or project, or keep a seat filled on an ongoing, fractional basis.
How is this different from hiring advisors one at a time?
Advisors hired one at a time each see their own slice. Our seats look at your business together, so legal, financial, and operational advice is coordinated before you act on it.
Is the network only for manufacturers?
No. The bench serves owner-led companies across industries, including professional services, finance, technology, and companies that make and move physical products.
Who do I contract with?
Each engagement is made directly with the member firm that fills the seat, on that firm’s terms. The network assembles and coordinates the team.
Do you hold events?
Yes. We host mixers and member-led workshops for Wisconsin business owners and the professionals who work with them.
